Blogging for Dummies!

We're back! ;-)  What do you think of our new look?!  As it turns out ... the technical difficulties I kept running into were simply blogger ignorance!  So after asking Google a lot of questions and redesigning out blog layout it is working much better for me now.  I simply didn't know enough about what I was doing!  HTML code is still a little out of my ballpark, but I am picking up bits and pieces as I go.

I tried a new recipe for supper last night and it was delicious!  Thought I would share it with you. ;-)  I was excited to dig out my crock-pot and put it to use for the first time.  It was wonderful to come home from work to a house filled with the amazing smell of supper almost ready!

Easy Crock-Pot Chicken & Stuffing
Another Pinterest find!

Ingredients
• 4 thawed chicken breasts
• 6 oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 10 oz. can of cream of chicken soup

Directions
First put your chicken in the bottom of the crock-pot.
Pour the package of stuffing mix evenly on top.
Mix sour cream, soup, and water in a small bowl.
Pour the mixture over the top of the chicken and stuffing.
Cook on LOW for 4 hours - Fluff and serve! Yum!
(Serves 4 ... or 2 Hannah's & 1 Chris!)

The finished product. ;-)  Chris gave me the thumbs up on this one!
