My little Trooper!

Today was our 2 month checkup with our Pediatrician and first round of SHOTS!  Baby girl did so good! ;-)  She screamed for maybe 10 seconds!  The awesome nurse + pacifier + tight cuddle/hold by mommy did the trick.  It was over before either of us knew it!!  Here are a couple pictures of our day ...

And her SMILE is back!  

When we got home she cried and acted like her shot sites hurt ... but some Tylenol and a nap were all it took to get my happy girl back again!  She has been in an excellent mood tonight as you can see from the picture above. ;-)  Chris and I were even able to enjoy a relaxing supper while she took her evening nap!  It's been awhile since we've been able to enjoy an uninterrupted meal all the way through {conversation & dessert included!} lol

Now for the "Stats" ;-) ... we are now 11 lbs 8 oz and 23 1/2 inches long (I'm in the 75th percentile!)  Dr. Hagemeier said she is perfectly healthy and looks like she is thriving! ;-)  So glad to have a Christian pediatrician who is so joyful, positive and helpful.

Enjoy!  She seems to do more and more interacting and talking every day.  It's amazing to see her discovering new things!  I have never been more aware of God's goodness and perfect creation than I am in this stage of life. ;-)  I have NO IDEA how anyone could deny His hand and presence!
