The Neighbors

Today was our first MOPS meeting! ;-)  I am really looking forward to being a part of this group throughout the coming year.  MOPS is a support/fellowship group for mothers with children 5 years old and under.  We will meet every other Tuesday morning from 9-11 at Grace Fellowship.  Childcare is provided for each meeting ;-) and the moms get to enjoy a variety of activities from teaching sessions to crafts.
{As well as a brunch each time!}  We will also be divided up into tables of 5-6 moms each and each table will have a mentor mom (an older, more experience mother) ... we will do most of our activities in these smaller groups so that we build closer relationships with this smaller group.

Our meeting today was basically just a meet & greet to get everyone signed up and registered for the coming year.  I was greeted at the door by our very enthusiastic neighbor kids, Jeffrey & William.  They LOVE Keira!  Jeffrey always exclaims "Cute Baby!" whenever he sees her.  As you can see she had quite a fan club!!  We are trying to learn how to give baby some space!  I had to rescue her after a few minutes. ;-)
