So ... tonight I have some sad news. ;-( Yesterday, when I went to feed Little Chris, I found that he had gone to "fishy heaven". I was shocked because, believe it or not, he had been getting royal treatment lately! I had moved his tank out into the dining room so that I would remember to feed him more regularly and to change his water. But ... I did a little research and discover that the average life span of a betta fish is only 3 years. So I guess it was just time for him to go! Was kinda sad ... that little guy has traveled with me all over the place. Probably just wore him out!!
I don't think we will be buy another fish any time soon. They really aren't my thing! Hopefully our next pet will be a lab puppy. Dad, let us know if you find one. ;-) Preferably ... Free, Smart and Adorable!! Haha Impossible, I know!
