This week I am thankful for the deep freeze that Chris and I found on sale at Lowe's last Black Friday. It has been serving its purpose well ... but this week ... it gained 40 lbs of fresh chicken breast! Now before you jump to the conclusion that I have become quite the pioneer wife ... let me fill you in on a little secret. ;-)There is a company called Zaycon Foods the holds food events all across the US. You can subscribe to their website and select the regions that you would like to get notifications for. For instance ... this week they had a Chicken breast sales event in Pensacola. The best thing is the price!
40 lbs of Boneless Skinless Chicken breast = $1.79 / lb Plus you can't beat the quality ... so much better than our grocery store.
Just FYI ... there is a Chicken event in Tulsa on April 9th. All you have to do is place your order online before they sell out and then go and pick up your chicken! Here's their website if you want to check it out. ;-) www.zayconfoods.com They also have ground beef, shrimp, bacon and fish events.
Wow ... that was quite the promotional "speech". ;-) All that to say,
"Come on down and enjoy some Sunday Chicken at our house! PLEASE!!"
