Wallpaper Removal 101
We have all heard horror stories of wallpaper removal. Hours of painstaking scrapping and working to remove just a small section of stubborn paper. But armed with very helpful advice from Noreen Host (coworker at We Care) and some rather cooperative wallpaper ... it didn't take much to tackle this project!!Remove the top layer of wallpaper ... which peeled off easily in large sheets revealing the fuzzy paper backing.
Fill a spray bottle with warm water and evenly soak paper ... allowing it to soak in for several minutes.
Now ... simply remove the paper in large sheets, using a paint scrapper to loosen any stubborn areas.
The wallpaper is no more!! Well ... at least the wallpaper in the dining room. ;-)
Good night!
